How do you deduct a person?

Hi Jaroslav,

We understand that you are now living in Bicester. This is outside of our Practice area, and you will need to register with a Surgery there within the next 30 days, after which time you will be deducted from our Patient list.

Kind regards, Patient Services Team Woodstock Surgery

This is what you get, if you attempt to seek medical help in the Kingdom of Condom. I received the above message on 2nd March 2023, after I consulted a remote GP through my work. They sent a report to my GP with an address and that’s that. You have 30 days, after which you will be deducted. Like you’re an amount of money on a balance sheet. Just like that. When you need help the most, NHS will give you a timer and deduct you. This has been on my mind for a long time, so I’m sharing it here.

Anyway, this deduction didn’t stop them from inviting me to get vaccinated and more importantly, they invited me to volunteer to support patients on 1-to-1 basis. I thought I was deducted. But I guess free labour, sorry, volunteering, is nothing to be scoffed at. So they will still ask you to work for them for free, even if they refuse to provide the care you are supposedly constitutionally entitled to.

Are you thinking of relocating to the UK, better known as Kingdom of Condom here? Don’t. Especially if you think the NHS will provide you better medical care than what you’re used to. I could speak about reasons not to live here for a long time. But that’s enough for today. Cheers.
